NETWORK FACILITIES can provide you necessary help and support to assist you with your wired and wireless Network, VOIP PBXs, IP Video Surveillance systems,  Overhead Paging, Outdoors Point to Point and Multipoint Wireless Bridging systems, engineering and implementation via onsite presence and troubleshooting issues over phone and via secure remote access to your network devices and systems.

Our services include a comprehensive set of network analysis; surveys, network planning, engineering design, CAT5e / CAT6 and Fiber network wiring / cabling, implementation and network upgrade solutions and strategies that help you meet your organization’s business goals. These services incorporate strategies for selecting, deploying, and integrating the right technologies, products, and applications for your business.

Our engineering team can be retained to provide on call support to answer questions, provide general system and network advice, design, and support; all of which are key in emergency situations. Retainer, or “block of time” based arrangements are economical, make our resources available to you and your team, and provide optimum levels of ongoing service and support. Our technical staff will be on call, but can also provide regularly scheduled visits to monitor, manage, upgrade and maintain your network environment.

Onsite services are available in Greater Toronto and surrounding areas. Other locations throughout US/Canada can be supported provided there is a minimum of 2 days of onsite work.

Professional Support Services can be purchased in pre-paid blocks of time to aid you get your network up and running as quickly as possible. Pre-paid support time is offered in block of  hours and is tracked in 1 hour increments with a 1 hour minimum per call / per email. All calls require scheduling at least two days in advance. Block of time is valid for a full year.

Emergency calls can be taken if we are available and will incur additional 25% billable time.

On site support calls within Greater Toronto Area (GTA) have flat one hour travel time billed at on-site time rates.

Support to areas in Canada/ US, outside of Greater Toronto will require one way travel time to be billed at on-site rates plus expenses and per night per diem equal to one hour of onsite time.
